Owner Services, Inc. (OSI) is the Administrator that performs all of the underwriting, cancellations and claims duties for Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) and Gap Waiver Addendums (Gap) sold through The Versant Group. OSI was formed in 2000 and has issued more than 225,000 contracts and paid more than $28 million in VSC and Gap claims since inception.

Versant Casualty Insurance Company (VCI) is the property & casualty insurance company that insures the risk associated with OSI Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) and Gap Waiver Addendums (Gap).
